High mileage, low compression, and missing on a few cylinders.....just like my cars.

I'm looking forward to hearing the results too, John! I'm also a bit dreading it, because I'm pretty happy with my Xpipe+tubi setup but if yours sounds better, I'll have to start thinking about modifying it again...

Ben / Jeroen, I just posted up my first video attempt with the Hero2 camera: Adventures with the GoPro HD Hero2

Lots of annoying wind noise, but the exhaust note does come through clearly. The mike was mounted on the rear trunk lid, near the cavallino.

This is with stock cats, Larini X-pipe, and Mille Miglia mufflers.

Sounds and looks pretty good! Looking forward to hearing the Capristo's, it already sounds very nice!

John- Sounds good with the Larinis. If you like the Capristos better, you can probably break even selling the Larinis.

Funny how it sounds entirely different from the rear of the car than the cabin. Inside the car you don't hear that blending and the V12 buzz around 7K. It still sounds good, but not nearly as good as from the rear.

Taz, the Larini is just the X-pipe that Josh put on when I bought the car. The mufflers are unvalved Mille Miglia's from Oz and were already on the car when I bought it. They do sound good, but I'm hoping the Capristo's will be even better, at least from inside the car so I can enjoy the music as well as the people behind me

Sounds pretty good now John! Look forward to hearing it (a) after you've optimized the video/audio issue, and (b) installed the new Capristos.

Best,
Ben
