Default Wet Feet

OK guys who knows the solution to this problem - is it blocked drains or a blocked condenser drain? My 575M has taken to showering my feet with water when cornering hard on left hand bends. The water exits from the air outlet on the transmission tunnel and is cold! Where do I start to try to rectify??

Simon- Affirmative, it is a clogged drain pipe from the A/C evaporator, most likely. This can be cleaned out from the top by removing the passenger compartment footwell panel, disconnecting the drain pipe at the T connector and blowing it out with compressed air. It can also be cleared from the bottom by inserting a dulled wire (coat hanger straightened and dulled possibly) into the drain tube and cleaning out the clog. Here is the location of the T connector and you just have to hunt around for the drain hose on the bottom since I do not have any photos saved of the hose location.

This is quite a common problem with the V12s, especially in humid climates.

Not sure, but might want to inspect the environmental, air-filter in the vent area too. The 456 has a cloth and wire setup that can get quite clogged. I've seen them missing too.

Rik- That filter is supposed to be changed every year, but I do not think you will get much water through it since it is under the hood.
