Which Oil in 550er Maranello?

My 550er is in the inspektion for 30.000 km. Now the chief called me to ask me which oil i prefer in my car. Normally i drive 5W40 Shell Helix. But i often drive on german Autobahn with high speed. So he propose me to put in 10W 60 Shell Helix. But i heard that this oil is not so fluid like the 40er. And this will cost me some power. Is that true?

To avoid unpredictable problems in my expensive engine, I use only the stuff recommended by Ferrari. I think that would be 5W40 Helix Ultra. Nothing else.
