You've probably had loads of requests and don't know where your based.....but are you able and willing to produce a copy of your book? I am a new owner and want to do some of the work myself and this looks like an invaluable tool. Is there any way you can run your work through a photocopier....would save me the time of doing it myself. If yes, would be nice to find a way to say thanks. Richard
