No cure here, just a really good support group.

My '85 308 came with a stack of receipts from Norwood Performance, but alas, no turbo in there.

No, not looking for a cure. But for others who can understand!

I first fell in love with Ferrariwhen I was 9, when the Cannonball Run came out.
Yes, the two chicks in the Lambo were smokin hot with the drivers license squeezed between the boobs. And that opening chase scene was the best. But my favorite characters were the drunk Priests in the Ferrari

I would see my first Ferrari up close and personal a couple years later. One of my brothers friends had a father who was big into Italian cars. They let me tag along one day(they were much older) and low and behold, my brothers friend wasnt lying! There was a 250GT California Spider in the midst of a restoration sitting next to a fully restored Alfa GTV. As awesome as that was, seeing my first V12 engine, I didn't fully appreciate it as it was not the spaceship-looking 308. I was a dumb kid!!

But then it happened. My grandmother was a very respected person on Fashion Ave. in NYC. Of all the designers she worked for, she held Ralph Lauren in the highest esteem. I guess the Ferrari lifestyle rubbed off on his employees because one Saturday afternoon, a gleaming red Ferrari rolled down my block, up my driveway, and my grandmother came out of it! I almost hit the floor in disbelief! A brand new, fresh off the boat 1986 328GTS. The owner was an associate and close friend of my grandmothers that she knew thru Mr. Lauren. I was bit and been infected ever since!!! Almost 4 years ago I came full circle and realized the dream. Searching for a project car, the already complete turbocharged 328 found me. An 87 with the same Red/Tan as the 86 from when I was 14........and I never looked back
