Hi Guys: I'm looking for a Ferrari site where I can post and learn in an environment that's flame-free. When Taz jumped that was enough to get me looking and I like what I see. I'm hoping to learn and contribute. Love both Ferrari's and Porsches. Have had my 550 for 10 years now and it's never grown old- although I have. Anyway, hoping to make some new friends here- I see lots of old ones. |

Welcome to the free-flame zone. We will also not "pwn" you. Why? because i don't even know what it means. We are sarcastic and irreverent though!

There's plenty of F cars, especially in Tokyo. Most of them are the modern ones. People here seem to go for the latest and most expensive. There's plenty of other marks like Bentley, RR, AM, etc. I have spotted F50 couple of times, but with the traffic and speed limit, it was moving at 50kph at best. If you ever head out this way soon, we can have coffee or beer at the Grand Hyatt near my office and we should spot all kinds of exotic cars. w/ smiles Jimmy | |

Welcome to F Life Jeff. Beautiful 550, I especially like the picture taken from the rear. The bonnet lines look wonderful.

Welcome Jeff, wish you would have posted a few months ago as I grew up in cincy and was recently visiting. I hope you enjoy the fcar because based on my research, you need to go to louisville or columbus to enjoy exotic gatherings, including maintenance. WELCOME TO THE DARKSIDE! |

Thanks for the greetings everyone. I most definitely will look up Jimmy the next time I'm in Japan. I try to restrict traveling to about 11 trips/yr with 2-3 international. While these trips are always work-related I also always have time to look up old friends and make some new ones, particularly when cars are involved. Redtrman; you're right about the gatherings. They were occurring fairly regularly in Cincy a few years back but died out because everyone became too busy to claim ownership. I've noticed the Louisville people seem to get together but didn't know about Columbus. Happy to make that trip up as it gives me an excuse to see some good friends. Let me know when the next meet is scheduled. All my maintenance is done up in Columbus anyway. Barry: I'll be making a trip across the pond in late September but it's too late to schedule a trip to Dublin. Love to visit someday- it's one place I've never been. |

Jeff- Really happy to see you here. Welcome and know that everybody here has no axe to grind and we really want to help each other. Let us know if there is anything we can do to make your ownership experience better. Andrew, the guru here, is really working to make this a site that is friendly and has benefits (great free tech data) not found on other sites. Plus everybody here is non-judgemental, which counts for a lot. Taz Terry Phillips |

| Barry, I am headed your way on Thursday. Looks like it is a quick day trip but there is a chance I might overnight in Dublin.
