Greetings Ferrari Life Community... I recently found this site while looking for information about what the experience (and actual cost) of owning a used 355 spider might be. The price of a used 355 seems to be temptingly approaching the realm of possibility, but not so much if the true cost of owning/maintaining would require my living in it. I'm married - it probably wouldn't work for us. In any case, I figured I'd also introduce myself as well as what I do; I'm in mortgage lending (have been for about 10 years) and have survived the chaos of the last 5 years because I've always focused on A paper, safe, clean deals as well as an absolute commitment to clients. With that said, if anyone is looking to refinance or buy, please do let me know. I'd be happy to let you know what I can do - throughout all 50 states. Rates are still pretty fantastic... from conventional to jumbo to super jumbo. For example, I can do a jumbo 7 year arm at 4% even today - no cost/no points. On the topic of the 355, if anyone has anything to share about the costs of maintaining/owning one, I'd greatly appreciate the insight. Cheers, Mtg guy Last edited by mortgageman; 03-11-2011 at 09:00 AM. |

| That's wonderful, good for you. Still, there are some others amongst us that would agree with "anyone who lives within their means suffers from a lack of imagination." A Ferrari at this stage would require quite a bit of imagination in my case, unfortunately. With that said, I can't imagine it not being worth it. (even if it's not ALL cash) My goal is to buy one within a year and a half. (355 Spider) |
