I am looking for my first Ferrari, 308 GTS QV, and joined for the buyers guides and discussion forums. I have been looking for about 6 months now, doing research, talking to sellers and exercising patience. The owners perspective offered here has been the critical component I was missing. I look forward to following the discussions and learning from you all.

Owners and perspective are the operative words. Unlike some other sites, most here are actual owners. This past summer, I was in exactly the same spot you are now. Their insight was truly invaluable in guiding me through the acquisition process.

Scandalous how they just give such valuable insight away for free around here. But hey, it's just who they are.

Thanks for the welcome guys. Expecting the results of PPI with compression and leakdown checks tomorrow on an '84 Euro, hope it checked out.

A couple Buyers Guides, several manuals, and all the articles I could find were all helpful. Still, all the Q&A, discussions and project info found here have provided the depth of information I felt I needed.

My next question will be "So how do I change my Profile to 'Owner'".
