Nice car! Have fun, both on the road and on-line.Irvin . A horse is a horse, of course, of course, and no one can talk to a horse of course. That is, of course, unless the horse is the famous Mister F. |

Yes, it's a great way to start the F-Experience. Althoug I had laid my eyes on a 2003 575 Maranello, gray with tan leather. But no space for golf bags! So I found the 456, which suits my needs and desires best. I put 1000 km on in the last 5 weeks. The fun was disturbed by a damaged radiator house (yes THE ONE), and a subsequent bad connection to the lambda probe, laying off cylinder bank 7-12. Then, the suspension was put back to original measurments as the previous owner had lowered the car considerably (see "damaged radiator ..."). I then had the paint shop repair all the chips and dents, so now I have a car that looks like brand new. ![]() My driving impressions: 1. The radiator fans are incredibly loud, although working perfectly! I can't even hear the engine. Is that normal with the 456? 2. It needs 20 km to warm up to appr. 60°C oil temp. Before thaton't force her. 3. The auto gear shift is smooth, but needs a real kick down to make it change gears backwards. 4. Very comfortable driving at high speeds. At speeds I get wet hands with my S500, I feel very safe and ready to go even faster. Best regards Dfender

Yes, the blu TdF is awesome! In bright sunlight, the blue becomes clear and shiny, at night it's very dark. I grow into liking it better from day to day. Took her out today even on a 2nd December in Switzerland at 4°C and she ran beautifully. Best regards

welcome: and can someone enlighten me on the serial number, as mine is a non-M and 99987. I would have expected a higher number in the VIN the two-tone piping on seats is nice.
