Default New to Ferrari from D.C.

Hello,

I just purchase a 1983 Mondial QV Cabriolet and am looking forward to meeting anyone with helpful tips, especially around the Washington, DC area.

Welcome to FL. Just watched Scent of a Woman last night and I think you have the same car that Al Pacino drives in the movie....

Love that movie.

Cop: What? Are you test-driving this baby?

Pacino: Don't she purr though?

Cop: At a 100 miles an hour?

Pacino:You should hear her at 135. Hah!

Brandon - Every Sunday morning, the Ferrari Life guys get together at a car gathering called the Holy Donut. It is located at the intersection of Rt. 198 and Rt. 32 in Burtonsville, Maryland (30 minutes or so from D.C.).

Just come up to any of the Ferrari owners, and we'll be glad to hang with you.

Again (earlier post), welcome!

Thanks! I'll be sure to stop by!

Does anyone know where I can find someone in the D.C./Maryland area to replace my driver's side bulkhead carpet piece. The previous owner lost it and I don't want to purchase a whole new carpet set.

Hi Brandon, welcome to FL!

Please post pic of your car when you get a cahnce - awesome car.

Also, come out to the Church of the Holy Donut to meet the local guys.

Our version of C&C = Coffee and Cigars :-)

Make sure to bring a supply of handwipes just in case you shake Wetpet's right hand (or left hand, I hear he may be ambidextrous)

THe Holy Donut sounds very similar to our Scud Runs.
