Default Positive feedback Thread

I have noticed we tend not to post the positive feedbacks because they happen so often that they become almost expected and routine( at least to me). There must be a t least ten different positive comments from people this week alone and through out the summer well into the hundreds. We tend to talk about the negative because they are few and far in between so it kind of shocks us so we must talk about them and we forget about all the positive.

Hera are 3 of my favorites that happened to me this summer, see if you can spot the similarities

1-An older undercover Policeman pulls up beside me at a light looks over and says "excuse me do you have any grey Poupon" and just stares at me without cracking a smile and I stare back dumbfounded at his comment I was expecting PULL OVER lol. He then cracks a big smile and says " beautiful machine enjoy the ride" and pulls away.

2-I was stopped by two Policemen early in the season in front of my condo as I was coming home one evening. They ask to see my registration which I promptly hand over and they head back to their car, ten min roll by and I am getting a little steamed as they have their lights flashing and all my neighbors are laughing at me now lol. The officer finally gets out but now so does his partner and they both come to either side "can you get out of your vehicle please sir" I ask "whats the problem" they say "why do you have different plates on your car? the registration you gave us is registered to this car but you are displaying private plates?" And then it hits me when I went to register I gave them the info to my old plate and not my private ones DOH! I had the wrong plates on the car lol so essentially I was not plated . The officer looks at me and says "you know we can have the car towed away on a flat bed or you can give us the keys and let me and my partner go for a zip" I said without hesitation "here you go officer remember first gear is straight down" . He laughs and says "we just wanted to see what you would say now pull your car in your garage and go get this fixed up tomorrow and take care of this amazing car, have a better day" they both laugh and I do as well as i drive my car in my garage PHEW!

3-I was pulled over by a (yup you guessed it) policeman one evening on a busy stretch of road. He gets out of his car and as usual "what's the problem Officer" lol "do you know how fast you were going?" I said "no how fast" he says "I don't know either but it sounded fast" lol then he gives me the speech. "Look son you put me in a predicament I don't want to pull you over, I know you were going quick hell everyone knew you were speeding, I would do the same if I could afford a Ferrari lol (little does he know he can ) so when you go past me and other drivers are looking and pointing at me I have no choice but to pull you over". I said "I am so sorry my car sounds fast when I am not speeding" he says "quit while you're head son we both know you were and we both know I can't prove it so this is your friendly warning OK". "Yes sir and thank you" he then looks at me and says "listen you want to go fast go outside of town and speed to your hearts content but don't do it in town on my streets now get out of hear nice and slow" ha ha ha.

I thought when it comes to serious rule breaking, the policeman doesn't warn but gives a peace of paper to pay the penalty fee. Anyway, it is really interesting.

Great stories Roberto! The police aren't usually that nice to me. I suppose I should get a Ferrari...
