There's a few references to an Irish FLED this summer so here's a thread to see if it could be come a reality. Let's assume a long weekend. Arrival Friday morning into either Dublin (from UK) or Rosslare (from France) and departing Sunday evening/Monday morning. Options on dates that would work for me: 1) July 22/23/24 2) Aug 5/6/7 3) Aug 12/13/14 4) Aug 19/20/21 Interested parties: 1. Barry (Date options 1, 2, 3 or 4) 2. 3. 4. 5. I'll happily assist in the arrangements if it there is sufficient interest. Barry Ferrari's: 360 Modena F1, 308 GT4 Other Italians: Ducati 916, Ducati 848 DD's: RR Sport, BMW 645ci, BMW 1200GS Adv. |

I should know by the weekend hopefully how much the TR is going to sting me meaning the 308 will have to be for sale, hopefully after the Irish Fled.. "When I was a boy, I had a dream. I'm interested too! A few events you might want to consider - either to avoid clashing with OR to take in as well: June 19th: Classic Car Live - Mondello Park Kildare July 3rd: IJDC Terenure Show - Dublin July 31st: Irish Festival of Speed - Adare Co Limerick. All of these are likely to have a Ferrari presence of one sort or another and a few of us off line are also trying to set up a day run in June/July at some central location. See what dates work for people and take it from there!!! TripleSix |

Barry, options 2,3 or 4 work for me. Option 1 clashes with the Silverstone Classic in the UK. Not sure I'll make it there but I'd like to!! TripleSix (Joe) |

Not a death, just a postponement. You can still make it happen! But 2012 is filling up fast, so you need a set a date. April/May/June is pretty much full, as is September. July/August seems your best bet. I'd certainly be willing to pencil it in. Onno Future: 458 Italia (May 2012) Present: 550 Maranello, 330GTC, 365BB (x2) Past: eh - see above. |

I'd be on for goodwood too and then perhaps back to Ireland for a few days? (or Ireland first?) Just back from 2 days on the Antrim coast roads on the Ducati. Fabulous roads and routes. Would be immense fun in a convoy of Ferraris. Barry Ferrari's: 360 Modena F1, 308 GT4 Other Italians: Ducati 916, Ducati 848 DD's: RR Sport, BMW 645ci, BMW 1200GS Adv. |
