| Oh aye Andrew 4 years I'm here flying the flag for Ireland and not a sausage until these blow-ins come along Barry in his to nice 360, Joe in his his lovely yellow 308, and no doubt the IT man will be along in a while in his (really really nice 308 that I seen last weekend), all while my car lies in bits in the garage. I know who my friends are ![]() I'm joking really, thank you for our little corner of FL. Hope we can add some good stuff to this section. "When I was a boy, I had a dream. Yes c'mon ENZ what's happening to the 308 oh wait, I'm supposed to be answering that question not asking the same thing Up to about 2 weeks ago I had no idea what was happening either. But I now have a guy who'll change 5th/4th bulk ring for me in the box so the engine/box should be going to him in as soon as I can get time. I might re-paint the car as there is a couple of little marks that are annoying me. I do plan on having it back on the road by xmas though I'll not be driving it in any bad weather. Andrew I think it might be in the projects section. It's been so long since I actually did anything to it I can't remember. The long term plan was once I was happy that it is finished and sitting right, I was for selling it and buying the mates Testarossa. However the more I look at 308's the less I want to sell it. ITGuy was at a show I ran last week (must put up the photos) in Archies old 308 which is a beauty and it really put me in love again. So no decisions until (wait there's the door bell, back in a mo)...........................WOOHOO that my handbrake cables for the Lancia so I can finish it today, sorry where were we, yes no decisions until the car is finished then if I decide to keep it I'll go looking for some 16" Speedlines and a tunie exhaust. Right got to go fit my cables. "When I was a boy, I had a dream. It now sits in my garage". www.maranellohouse.com Lifetime Honorary President NI Italian Motor Club www.niimc.net |

Hi fellow Ireland based members. Been here a while also so just highlighting our presence. Very pleased to meet ye all. For info...took a holiday in Blighty to visit family earlier this month and took the opportunity to trailer the Mondial to The Ferrari Centre in Maidstone in Kent for a service, belts and a few other "unexpected" jobs. Recommend them very highly. Most excellent service and most excellent chaps. Well worth a look if you need some work done. Will post the photos they took for me during the works. QI. That's all for now...Elaine.
