Two problems.

1 - The box will not allow me to input my serial number. It quits 5 places before the end. My # is zffzr49a9v0108108

It is a 97 550

2 - It does not like my e-mail address.

1. SERIAL NUMBER not VIN 108108.
2. A little more description would be nice. How do you know it doesn't like your email? Perhaps you already entered it once? There cannot be two records with the same email.
