Default 360 CS: How much premium for buying from a dealer?

I am looking to buy a 360 CS. There are a few cars available near me: one from a Ferrari specialist, one from an official Ferrari dealer and one is a private sale. Private sale around 15%-20% cheaper than the dealers. I'd get the car inspected but would still feel more comfortable buying from a dealer. But the extra cost for buying from a dealer seems quite high. Which way would you go?

Bought my stradale from a well known dealership with 22000 miles. Dealer handed me a stack of services done at the dealership. 2 months later the engine blows up from rod/bearing failure. No warranty. Private shop looks it over and says the fluids looked like they have never been changed. Services were bogus. Private shop or private person have much more to lose in the situation. They have a personal relationship with the car and more moral responsibility. About 30k for the motor work and they are saying the gearbox and clutch are next on the list. Paid 110k for the car and put 2k miles on it.

Wow. Not good. Did you get a PPI done before purchase?

Saving 20% will go a long way to covering a full service, new belts and a few years warranty cover!
