Boxer, are you serious?! Early 360s are more than that here! What's driving prices so low, the economy?

Ferrari pumped a huge number of 430s into the UK, as it is the only RHD market in Europe, most stay here. Simple over supply vs. demand.

Enjoyed reading this thread as im about to buy a 360 Spider and cant decide on the paddle shift or manual, i wont be driving the car more than once a week. This will be my ferrari and i'm really excited as ive dreamed of owning and driving one ever since i watched Magnumm PI.

Great tips on things to be careful of as i live in South Africa and when you are paying dollars or euros for spares it can become very expensive.

Glenn- Welcome to Ferrari Life. We have a couple of members here from your neck of the jungle in SA. 360s are very reliable as long as they are well maintained. If you have ready access to a Ferrari dealer or independent, either an F1 system, which requires an SD2/SD3 diagnostic tool for a clutch change, or a three pedal car, which does not, is fine. If you do not have access to an SD2/SD3, the three pedal car would be the best idea.

Remember that the transmissions on the F1 and three pedal cars are identical, as are the single plate clutches. Only the throw-out bearings, a couple of extra sensors for F1, and the shifter mechanisms are different.
