A few things starting with the expression on your face after having noticed the showgirls....priceless. What a lovely experience it must have been for you to participate and be around all those wonderful cars. I clearly missed the thread originally but am happy to have been shown it thank you. Voltage regulators were notoriously unreliable back in the day was it the battery that had a dead cell eventually? As to the clutch fluid did you determine whether it was the cause? I think not? Maybe an overheated clutch disc as slip (if I understood the symptom correctly) will only be caused by a weak pressure plate or failing friction material on the clutch disc. Now try and squeeze the last of the pictures and or video from your camera and post. |

Onno- Your 15 minutes of fame in that bar. I think I would have been smiling, too, and you were at just the correct height for the showgirls.

| I've driven around it twice now, and not yet completed a lap! ![]() First in the 550 to get to the parking for the 2009 RM Auction, and second the time trial in the Mille Miglia. Neither was a full lap. ![]() I've understood that it's possible to get a couple of laps when I pick up the 458. I must go back to organising! Would be great to take the new baby around for a couple of laps. The other I really, really, REALLY want to do is bag a lap or two in the 3 seater F1 car.
