Boxer has kindly suggested that I post details of our 2010 tour and event calendar for the benefit of FL members. However, before i do that i thought an introduction to who we are is in order (an intro to who i am is over here....Hello all!) So, Petrolhead Nirvana was born out of wanting to drive the best roads in the company of others who feel the same way. It's pretty much as simple as that really, there are 6 of us in total, all of who have other business interests so we can run this without the overriding profit motive that sometimes clouds these things. We keep the cost of our tours low but still try and make the experience as fun, relaxed and rewarding as possible by taking along at least two tour managers in two support cars, one to lead and one to sweep to make sure noone gets lost or left behind. We also provide walkie talkies, sat nav files and route notes. One reason we were asked to become PistonHeads official tour operators was that we are real enthusiasts...doing it mainly because we love it. We run tours across the UK, Europe and Scandinavia, this year we're venturing over to California too (although we'll be hiring cars rather than bringing our own) I am also heavily involved with organising charity events and random runs across the uk to events or just for the hell of it. So basically I love cars and driving, PN just means i get to do it more often! This is our website, which may explain things a little further. https://www.petrolheadnirvana.com/ I'm happy to answer any questions about anything tour related, we often give advice to people who want to plan things for themselves so feel free to pick my brains Last edited by Boxer; 12-27-2009 at 12:12 AM. |
