Back in the saddle

Finally, after nearly 4 months I'm back in the US and just got the F355 and Testarossa out of storage yesterday. Both cars were on a trickle charger and covered the entire time. Despite this, the F355 needed a jump start - what a temperamental bitch ! LOL. The TR fired immediately like the graceful champ she is. Both cars ran flawlessly on the shakedown 90 mile drive from LA to SD County.

I drove the TR and my wife was in the F355. We staged our own mini-parade down the I-405 / I-5; sorry if you missed it! I'm glad I did't have an accident watching my wife in the F355 in the rearview mirror. Man, that car looks good in motion...and she looks great driving it. We got home sorta whipped from the ~200 mile round trip, plus the weather was starting to look like rain so I just parked both cars.

It's Sunday morning, the sun is out and I'm done with my coffee...time to take the F355 out for a real Italian tune-up through my local backroads!

So far the best thing about coming home has been being reunited with my dog. We'll see if the banshee wail of the F355 can do anything to take 1st place.

You only have to throw a Lamborghini Muira in there and you've got 3 of my favourite cars

Glad they were running well apres hibernation.

Here they are resting at home again. Took the F355 out this morning for a nice long drive...she howled the whole way...it was epic. Now the garage has that sweet smell of "Ferrari oven" that lasts for hours. I still think having my dog back is better though but it was close.
