Write promptly to FNA to raise your 'Official Complaint' the longer you leave it the less likely they'll take it seriously!

Thanks Peter - will do

But glad you posted - what's the best way to remove haze or scratch wrinkles from the rear plastic window?

I have been holding back the biggest issue - it's one I have no clue how or if it can be addressed.

I will post the pics below - appreciate your input. The right side sticks out 3/4 inch and the other side in the second picture is perfect.

It's the right passenger bumper that wraps way outside the line.
Best way is to first try Plexus. Then like Meguiar's polish. If scratches still remain, then rubbing compound, then
polish again. There are some videos on YouTube.com where a guy polished a Jeep plastic rear window perfectly.

If the window can be zipped out, that would make things way easier than what I had to do on my 360 Spyder.

It is a replaceable item but not cheap and doesn't zip in and out. I had mine changed under warranty, but would have been about £1200 I was told. Again I was told it is removed by way of electrical current applied to built in wires which melts the seam to remove and then the same to refit. In the UK Ferrari tech comes to the dealer to make the change.

Can't help on how to clean plastic window I'm afraid but I do know there is a right way and a wrong way for the screen to fold. If you see spiders/16M's with 2 dents in the screen they are folding the wrong way and the screen is hitting the clamping mechanism. When the roof goes down the fold of the screen must be away from you.

I think for the bumper alignment you are going to have to get the bumper off and look at what has happened and hidden!

I know you are 300 miles from the dealer but is it not down to them to collect, fix and return? Sold as perfect and clearly not! Otherwise it will have to be a trusted body repair shop that can at least check what is the cause of the problem before you decide what to do.

I have the two dents

Confirmed no prior accident damage - only other place could have been at the dealer after they sent me pictures. I will attach the picture I was given but it may be a bad angle and just overlooked by the prior owners and a factory error.

What might have happened is they removed the rear bumper to do an oil change, they did this for my 360 at RTGT, then when they put it back on, they didn't connect everything up correctly. I would have it removed, and see if it's just not fitted properly. Make them wear rubber gloves, and make sure the car is clean when you do it, to prevent scratches, and more work, i.e. buffing.

Interesting.

My guess is when they installed the radar or just poor fitment - either way will have it looked at when it arrives in Chicago Cubs territory - pretty sure they have never won a World Series in 103 years.

I will be there drinking coffee like champagne in hopes they are my Ferrari service g-ds and of course bearing St Louis Cardinal World Series trinkets which may not be the best idea but it ill be funny as hell.

Thanks for all the advice - next time I get off my arse first buy second
