Default How is this Smog result possible?

Took my 1986 Testarossa to get smog check today. Check out the results: "zeroes baby"!!! More proof that the Testarossa is the most epic Ferrari ever.

Suck my tailpipe, Prius!!

For the HC and CO that is the way it should be. But zeros on the nox is impossible. Cats reduce it, not eliminate it.

Does CA measure absolute values or is it set at some low threshold that below that threshold is records zero? I'm fairly sure it doesn't work that way in my state of OH and certainly it's more strick in CA. Just curious.
