Too bad it got restored.

Worth more in original condition. Some people just cant help themselves.

You know it's expensive when they start suggesting financing.

Just curious what do you think it's worth?

Been looking for quite some time

Least Barchetta one could buy though....punch it another $100

To be honest, I've tracked these for a few years and a fully restored one, in great condition is much less than that figure.

I really don't know.

An old friend is a big collector. He probably has one. Heck he has Dino's old pedal car.

He is out of the country or I would ask.

Look up Collectors Studio on the web and ask him.

This one seems perfect and that stand is a nice edition.

These things are so much fun to own ... my guess is the person who paid to have it restored is into it for more than the buy it now of 16k.

Really? I rememeber you on this thread too: 1956 'Bimbo' Ferrari V12 - HELP PLEASE!

Don't know how that ended, but even with custom leather, few hundred, some custom body and paint, another few hundred, and rewire of the electric, few hundred, guessing one could even throw a thou a piece at each and be less than the 16k, but you may have it right.

Most difficult IMO is the wheels where one can search a lifetime for those.

shoot, have Mfgr custom stomp a few.

I thought the manual versions were cool.

It ended in the thread

I have restored enough stuff where it's never worth what I have into it.

My only skills are to watch someone else and tell them it's not right which doesn't ever end well financially.

I stopped a lil bit ago on this auction - without seeing the quality of finish I am not interested ... at this minute
