Did this landslide happen recently ? Palos Verdes Peninsula is a beautiful and charming area with breathtaking views of the Pacific or LA basin. Almost a bit like San Francisco Bay with a distinct air current that keeps PVP cooler and fog too. Unfortunately, the land, especially the southern end is unstable with creeping slide. Because of this phenomenae, the road is not static, meaning the underneath earth is moving and slding into the ocean. Therefore, not surprised to see an occasional sliding of earth. w/ smiles Jimmy |

This stuff happens every year in SOCAL. Just part of the price of living in Paradise. Of all the narcissists I know, I love me the most. |

| the news said that the Rain we had last week was the catalyst , but like Killer and Jimmy both said , the ground is always moving out here , and this kind of stuff happens from time to time , mudslides as well , taking lots of houses down with them .
