Default F40 Crash in Germany...

I was sent an email earlier with these pics. Not sure how recent this accident is.

The only info about the accident, is that the 80 year old driver lost control and hit a tree.

Many of the F40s residing in Japan had similar fate and repaired. Buyers' beware. w/ smiles Jimmy

haha ... I should have taken a pic today.

Outside out building we have some large landscape rocks.

Guy drove on top of one in a work van - rocks don't move either

So I went outside to hand the owner a fire extinguisher - cop pulled up and walked over and said under his breath ... any guy that does this crap isn't worth wasting the fire extinguisher on.

I laughed handed the extinguisher to the owner of the truck and left.

I have seen worse F40s that have been put back together.

Indeed Boxer, some of the vintage F-cars were damaged so bad they were sold for little more than scrap value. Today, people pay MILLIONS for them....

Indeed! There's an F40LM Modificato to prove the point.

My guess would be a bit over 50% of F40s have had some sort of unplanned "off" at some point in their life.
