Welcome to the forum. The car is definitely interesting...I wouldn't go as far as a Ferrari look alike...definitely a strange but interesting design. It is very neat that the owner put that much time in the car.

Chris,

You are being polite. I'll say what everyone's thinking: That is one of the UGLIEST cheapo home-made/modified cars I have ever seen.

That thing is worth the value of the remaining Kia parts in it, after you subtract for the labor of dismantling it . . . . which pretty much makes it worthless.

Is the poster the owner by any chance? First post and all that?

Hell, if that things gets good mileage I would pick it up for not over $2000K, and use it as a daily commute. Plus i would be the talk of work, mockery and ridicule more likely

The car definately does not remind me of a Ferrari. I do get a kick out of what the owner says the car will not do, "This car will not take you from 0-60 in under four seconds and will not break any land speed records".

Some other fine points about this car: "The body work on the vehicle is not perfect", "The interior of the vehicle is not fully completed" and "This vehicle is by no means street legal"

Gee, that's everything I'm looking for in a Kia.

It is an interesting look. Maybe it'd be better with some glossy paint...but still...no thanks.

Ok...I was being a bit to polite. I think the bid is way to high at 2k. I wouldn't buy a kia to begin with.

I would...I mean maybe...if it was a cheapie repo that I could immediately sell for more than I paid for it.

x2, I think the seller will have to give the car away, not even sure that is possible at this point.

I would, however, gladly let him pay me to take it off his hands.

I agree, the R8 is a very nice car....bit pricey for my taste...would buy an F-car, but a very nice car none the less.

I need to have words with you
The older members will know that I am a big Audi fan, I have owned many over the years and will probably own many more.

The R8 looks awesome, far nicer than a Porsche. They are also bringing out a convertible and a V12 next year. It's no Ferrari, but it is a practical and usable everyday supercar.

My ideal garage (excluding Ferrari's) would be a Q7, R8, A8, RS6 Avant & RS4 cabriolet

Personally I think the R8 is a great car...I've liked Audis ever since my Mother had an old Audi 80 B3 I believe it was.
