Why is it that the UK government is constantly coming up with these laughable legislative nightmares:

Government to introduce new £170 death tax?

Don't worry, I doubt the human implantation of smart meters to monitor and tax your every breath (inhale and exhale and if you generate to much carbon dioxide, the government can temporarily shut off your lungs, without your consent, to save the planet) and step on this planet in real time (i.e., to tax your every action) should not be implemented until after we are dead. Thus, we may escape by just paying the death tax.

not to mention the expense, paperwork, ect. the vender will have to deal with to collect, document and pay the tax.

looked at my phone bill the other day and there was 33% added taxes and "fees" after i already paid maybe 40+% on the money i used to pay for it.

It starts off at 170 then goes to 14.7 trillion.
