Link no work for me, but if it's the video I saw of a guy IIRC in MN who started this gigantic garage site, where prices ranged from 50K- sky's the limit and one had a place to store, work party on their cars, then
that was a wonderful idea.

When someone proposed the idea to me in the Bay Area, I mentioned he should include a boat dock, plane possibilities with runway and small track.
