246GTS for sale - does anybody know this car?

There is a 246GTS 1973 American model (aircon/powerwindows, daytona seats) for sale out there..... The car is red with creme leather and was repainted from it´s original yellow colour. the car has covered 38580 miles. it was restored in 2004 and seems to have been in Asia (Indonesia??) before. Does anybody know this car and it´s history?

I'm not an expert but i belive we would need the serial number to find anything about about the car.

Stay away from any cars advertised in Indonesia !!! Most likely, it is a scam trying to swindle your deposit. Don't fall into the trap of sending any deposits first. Jimmy

In the Ferrari world "To good to be true" means just that. There is no way a fully restored 246 GT is selling for only $49,000 USD. The car is worth at least $85,000 - $105,000 depending on the condition.

I saw that car advertised too and, as I live nearby, thought of seeing it--does sound cheap--what happenned with it?
