I finally signed up for an Italia today. I will have to wait 12-14 months for delivery but am excited. I would like to share my journey with my friends on this forum. Will post my initial specs and option prices soon.

Congratulations on the coming 458. Ordering her new should be almost as much fun as driving her.

Congratulations! It is a wonderful car that is worth the wait. Intrigued that you went with the Italia instead of the Spider. I made the same choice and am very happy with it, but lots of people feel the Spider is much preferable. Glad there is a like-minded soul here. ![]() Onno Future: No idea Present: 458 Italia, 550 Maranello Past: 365BB x 2, 330GTC |

Congrats. Will be a long 12 months, but worth the wait I'm sure.

Put my deposit down in March. I am number 2 on the list at RTGT, also ordered a coupe. Welcome to the club, it will be a tough wait, but well worth it.

So by fairmont Vancouver Hotel, I see this beauty. Due to the flash, the experior color did not come out to reflect the reality. It is almost exactly how I want it. Except for the black roof. PS- Thanks for the tip on how to upload the photos. |

Looks like Rosso Scuderia or Rosso Dino, but that may just be the lighting.

Then I saw this Cali parked in front of my hotel. I had taken photos of an EXACT Italia I wanted on the street of Vancouver ( Robson) but lost pictures when I made a grave mistake of inproper transfers from my memory card to my PC. Will try to recover later and I think it's possible. Lost over 400 pics..

The car outside the hotel is pretty similar to the coupes I had but mine did not have the bicolor roof.

I am really starting to lean more to RC than yellow for my 458. With the sport sills, darker wheels, just seems to me as all the moons and stars are aligned. Looks better without the two tone / bi-color imo.
