Nice work.....

I called last week for you and you were not there. We need to talk; I have to schedule a Major for my 348 in the next few weeks.

I have a few, well lots of questions, obviously because it’s my first time going thought his process so I will make a list of questions to ensure I don’t forget anything. I still have your email with the list but I require more info.

I haven’t forgotten the amazing and honest help you gave me on the other model you told me to walk away from. You have gained a new customer.
