In 365 BB the distributor is sometimes vertically or horizontally mounted. What is the reason of this modifcation ? can we say there is a first and a second serie in BB365. |

No, there was only one series of 387 cars produced. As far as I know, the Distributor was always mounted vertically.

Hi Boxer I think you mean that all 365 Boxers had their distributors mounted horizontally, not vertically. I have pictures of some development vehicles that had verticle distributors (and some very complex throttle linkages) but none of these were production cars.
