Jack- T Rutman has a company building new ones for them. They should have what you need. Brian Crall recommends them.

Thanks All,
The car is a 512BBi.
Eurospares seem not to have this in stock but Taz, can you give me further details of T Rutman? This sounds interesting.

A bunch of us 355 guys a few years ago found the Ford Focus had the exact same ones as the 355--We found them online for $10 each. Try to cross ref. the size and see if you can find ones that match for your car.. Unless you have to have Ferrari ones..

We have this version for BB. On the first picture you can see the original and rebuild part.

Thanks to all for help, suggestions and supply. I purchased replacements, tried to fit them myself (now that cannot be hard , can it?) and managed to get the engine cover to "re-align" itself. In short it pulled itsdelf over to the left. Removed said struts and took them together with a grovelling look to those wonderful people at DK who will sort it out for me between now and the next time I am able to use the car. My utter incompetence knows no bounds and will be a source of constant frustration until the day I die! These cars are just too good to mess around with unless one knows what one is doing - and I don't!
