Default Boxer red/black color questions

Hi, I hope someone in here can help me.
I've always been a huge fan of Ferrari and other Italian cars. Especially the Boxer has been a longtime favorite for me. unfortunately I don't own one and probably never will. But I'm about to do a restoration on my old bike and decided to paint it like the Boxer in Rosso Corsa and black. So here's my question; was the 512BB painted ROSSO CORSA FER 300, FER 300/6, FER 300/9 or FER 300/12?
Another question; are the black parts (rear window spoiler, air box) the same black as the lower part of the body (on the red/black 512BB)?
I've only seen a 512BB in real life once and as I remember it, the lower body black was more glossy than the window spoiler and air intake, but I could be wrong. Does a paint code for that black excist?

I know it was a lot of questions, but I thought I would give it a try in here.

Thank you

(Sorry for my poor english, but I hope you'll understand the meaning of it)

I have one here and the paint label says FER 300.

The paint on the lowers, the engine cover sections, the air box bulges and the spoiler are all the same and should be satin black. I am unaware of a code for it. Some have been repainted in glossy but it is incorrect.

Welcome to FL, Graff. I cannot help you with the specific paint codes as such, but I can post some old pics of BBs. Some are 365 and some are 512s. Hope this helps a bit. w/ smiles Jimmy
Thank you

PS. I wished to upload more pics, but for some reasons, I have been encountering problems. Sorry.

Hi Brian, thanks for your answer, it helped me a lot. Now I have to find a satin black that looks close. You're a lucky guy with your 512BB - I'm from Denmark and with a 180% car tax, a Ferrari is not for everyone.

Jimmy Chen Shiba DDS, thanks for your welcome and thanks for your nice pics.

Okay, it's 07:50 here in Copenhagen, back to the Formula One Practice 3 on tv.

Just for the sake of accuracy I have a Ferrari repair shop and the BB belongs to a client.

We have a TR, 328 and LM002 but no BB.

Good luck with the project.

Okay Brian, ONLY a TR, a 328 and a LM002 hahaha as I said, you're a (very) lucky man! ...damn, I'm jealous.
How is that mighty LM002 to drive ...a lot of fun I'll guess?

It is fun. The bad part is it is a real Walter Mitty car. Makes you feel like the Terminator. If only my state allowed private machine gun ownership. I would mount a Browning .50 caliber in the back.
