30 year old cars are exempt, I believe, so the answer is yes and no. Dick Merritt is definitely the guy to call. I beleive the age cut off is 25 years for DOT/EPA exemption (unless it has been changed recently). Believe you will also have to pay import duty of 2.5% if the car is coming in from Europe.
