But I know that because of their laws ,Swiss have always had (since 80's?) cleaner/antipollution Ferrari(s) .Different pistons compression (lower) ,cams/diagrams ,exhaust system etc... Like for the US market. Last edited by Daytona73; 08-08-2010 at 08:00 PM. | |

Switzerland adapted kind of U.S. antipollution laws in 1986.

@agp22 - thanks, I can't wait to drive a Boxer again - it's been 15 months. And now I still have 15 months to go... I really need to get the RHD Boxer fixed so I can drive that whilst the other one is in restoration. Onno |

The hides for the interior have arrived... so at least that part is sorted out. There is a 50% price increase imminent so we thought it best to get them in. They are done exactly to my specification, which is a colour from the old Connolly portfolio, with a very fine crushed grain stamp on it. This will give it a more authentic look even though the leather is brand new. I will visit my paint shop today to see when we can get a slot as my specialist didn't want to start stripping until he knows that the shell can go to the paint guys two weeks later. As soon as we know, we can get started! Onno |
