My 3.2 mondial starts fine when the engine is cold, but after warm up, if it sits for a while. when I start it seems like it runs on two/three/four cylinders, and then it gradually clears up. I also noticed it has an intermittent skip at idle. Has anybody experienced anything like it? or have any suggestion on what could be causing this.

sounds like a fuel supply issue. I'm not versed in the 3.2 but thats where I'd start.

Hello vict. I have a 1984 308 QV, it works fine, but it has the same problem when it's warm. I changed the ignition wire, the plug and the spark plug. Maybe it is due to injectors or fuel accumulator. Do you solve the problem ??

Do a fuel pressure check while cranking when hot. When the car is cold the cold start injectors make sure it's fired up...when it's hot they're not functional. It appears to be a fault in the primary fuel system, could be the fuel pump is getting weak.
