Hey to all! New to the forum and first post. I bought an 87 mondial 3.2 cab knowing the timing jumped. I was told the car ran but poorly. Upon inspection the timing did jump about 30 degrees at the crank (60 on front exhaust cam?). Fortunately put new belts and bearings on and compression is good. The problem is the car won't start. Plugs are fouled but was running with fouled plugs. I bought the car sight unseen so have not had it running personally. I believe the car had not been run in two months. Im not sure if there is vapor lock or vacuum issue to air? Any input would be great as Im hoping to have it running by the end of the weekend. Thanks and Cheers! |
